2005 Ferrari 360 Spider En venta

 NDH Carfax indicates no accidents or damage and odometer reads correctly. My documentation provided to you on the thumbdrive includes the maintenance for the car from Ferrari Maserati North Scottsdale in 2013, Ferrari/Maserati of Central New Jersey in 2014, 2015 and 2016 (before I purchased the car).  2017 – Long Racing out of Spring, Texas has done some work also including a complete replacement of the soft top with a 5 year warranty and other normal maintenance work including the sticky door handles and other knobs and things.  June, 2017 - Long Racing did the timing belt, power steering belt, alternator and compressor belts with left and right tensioners and pulleys (mileage 19,009).  November, 2017 – Long Racing performed a vehicle diagnostic analysis and produced a report that seems to indicate everything was good.  10/2018 - Long Racing performed some other maintenance work that seems fairly customary.  In mid-2020, I became involved with the car (mileage 19,941). H&S Motorsport in Houston performed a pre-purchase inspection for me. That is included in the documentation. Actually everything looks good. There are a few hoses and things that indicated some wear that were all addressed as seen below.  September, 2020 – H&S Motorsport performed a full timing belt service where Harris replaced the timing belts and tensioner rollers, replaced the cam cover gaskets and cam seals, inspecting the cams and replacing the exhaust timing variators, the end plate gaskets and the front crank seal. They then re-timed the engine to factory specifications. They replaced the spark plugs, air filters, oil and oil filters and the gear box oil flush and they bled the brakes. They replaced a water pump belt and the power steering pump belt. They rebuilt the water pump bearing seal and O-rings, replacing the thermostat flush bleed and replacing the coolant. They replaced the air plenum gaskets.  October 13, 2020 – I had both ECUs flashed through Mase Engineering in Jacksonville, Florida.  I also had the usual front and side surfaces treated with the “clear bra” (X-pel).  November 6, 2020 – Vehicle passed the Texas Vehicle Inspection.  11/10/2020 (mileage 20,112) – Eurocar-Werk of Houston rolled the front fenders (to accommodate 19” wheels, if desired), checked the horn for operation, cleaned the intake plenum, installed a trickle charger pigtail and modified the exhaust flaps for “more sound”.  December 2020 – Replaced the OEM rear valance with an OEM rear Challenge Grill. The original valance is still available.  October 4, 2021 (mileage 21,489)– Eurocar-Werk performed AC and battery check and front end check for the vague feel at speed. The front strut bushings were found to have excessive play. That was resolved. Oil change.  01/17/2022 (mileage 21,646)– The air condition was blowing warm air. Evaluation found that the evaporator case assembly needed to be replaced. I replaced the entire evaporator case assembly under the dash with a new OEM unit. All environmental concerns resolved.  01/18/2022 – Vehicle passed the State inspection.  09/17/2022 (mileage 24,100) – Eurocar-Werk found faulty purge valve solenoids and replaced those along with carbon canister vent valve assembly.  I have the original Ferrari Owner’s Manual, Alarm System Manual, Hi-Fi System Warranty Manual, Consumer Information Manual, and Warranty Card and Owner’s Service Book.
